What is eBay listing data?

What is eBay marketplace data, and why teams use it

A listing connects an item to a seller, displayed price and buying terms. Structured records make those relationships easier to analyze.

Watch asking prices

Compare displayed prices and conditions for a repeatable search term across selected marketplaces.

Follow seller inventory

Read public seller listings page by page and track which items are currently offered.

Study buyer signals

Read catalog reviews and seller feedback alongside the item and seller records they describe.

Questions

Before you build

Which marketplaces and locales can I select?

The 10 country and locale pairs are US/en-US, GB/en-GB, DE/de-DE, AU/en-AU, IT/it-IT, FR/fr-FR, CA/en-CA, ES/es-ES, NL/nl-NL and PL/pl-PL.

Can a job request several pages?

When the current API catalog lists a job route, its paginated operation can request five pages by default or up to 20. Only served pages are charged.

What if only part of a page is available?

The API returns the useful fields and rows it has. A background job keeps pages already delivered, even when later pages do not complete.
